name is Juan Antonio Fernandez Vila i I was born in Sóller, a small town

After finishing my studies of EGB, I chose to begin to study 2 years kitchen in the institute Joan Miró (today Guillem Colom Casasnovas) of my locality
The three courses of superior stydies I made in Palma in the institute Juniper Serra, finishing my studies in year 92
My labor formation: I working in diverse restaurant and hotels of Majorca: the Hotel Son vida (Palma), Restaurant Olivo (Deią), Restaurant Bens d'Avall, Restaurant Es Canyķs, Restaurant Brot de Taronger, Restaurant Sa Llotja Des Peix, the Hotel Mar Bell and in the rural-hotel Muleta de Ca s'Hereu; all of them in Sóller.
I worked as kitchen head during 4 years in the agroturismo Muleta de Ca s'Hereu,
In 1994, and for the Conselleria of Education i Culture of the Balearic Govern, I have given classes of hosteleria in the institutes of Calvią, Juniper Serra i Guillem Colom Casasnovas, fulfilling this year 11 consecutive courses like educational.
In 2003 I am collaborating weekly in the Sóller Newspaper with the section parlem of cuina
In the personal scope year 98 I married with Virginia Forteza Prats with that I have had three children: Jordi i the twins Mireia i Ariadna.
The main objective of this WEB,
is presentaros all the material compiled throughout these years, prescriptions,
